Any decent cartridge these days are £160 plus and it’s getting difficult to find any for under a £140
Are we being priced out of shooting, I really think most of us are?

I'm happy to use Increase Sociability.

was at llandegla ken this week. 89 second.
beretta this week.
whens welsh open and where anyone.
Right i know who they are now ,it,s funny you know all the names on the board but can’t put a face to them. The scores are out for yesterday on hartevents.org-
sunday AUGUST 8th at st DIALS MONMOUTH.
Only 89 BC, your slipping in your old age..
All these top shots shooting in the mid to high eighties, I’d be happy with a 75..
Out of 80
BY the way thank’s angie (she who must be obeyed )i rang Brian the statistics officer after you gave me his number and the scores for the last qualifier were out within 2 days.
Tk, watch you don’t upset her again..
Keep it to yourself but apparently she used to be in charge of torture at the CIA..
HMMM THATS why i ain’t been on the blog for a while it’s taken me till now to summon up the courage!!!
Bet she’s already looking for the thumbscrews..
Be brave man
Y do I bother doing anything for you lot?? Well I suppose if ur taking the pi** out of me, it meand your leaving some other poor sod alone!!:)
We love you really our esteemed County Co-ordinator, it just more fun to take the pi**
Now whose the next victim tk..
i’m not saying anything i need my thumb’s intact for the safety catch at the qualifier at BRONDAI on sunday.
Another qualifier within a week tk???
How the other half live…
She might leave the thumbs alone, thumbscrews can work on other parts of the body as well
Didn’t think they made thumb screws that big!!
Sporting at Brondai and a two dayer at lovely Telpyn this weekend, what a busy weekend. Good job I didn’t want to do both, but Telpyn it is so practice today!Plenty of mental excerise to do as well!
Oh tk, you must stop looking at yourself in that fairground mirror that makes everything look ten times bigger..
There must be a reason your mates call you ‘Wee Willie Winky’
Angie, good luck at Telpyn, hope you make the team again this year.
Thanks Ken.
Does anyone want to do the DTL County Co-ordinators job? Poor Adrian Jones is unable to do it due to health reasons!
In 2008 I was Sporting, Skeet, All-round, and DTL co-ordinator (Adrian was in America), and it was the year I qualified for all 4 disciplines after shooting 10 qualifying rounds.
It left me skint and knackered but I was so proud of myself for doing it.
I’m tempted to help the lads out again this year as the Gwynedd DTL lads (and lasses) are a great crowd. I doubt if I would make the team though after not shooting DTL for 2 years.
But they just need someone to do the paperwork etc…they won some trophies last year as well!
To me, if I wasn’t part of the team then I couldn’t really enjoy the job, or justify the cost of traveling 160 miles per shoot just to complete the paperwork.
They did brilliantly last year winning more trophies than any other county, including high gun (big Ifor) and captains cup (Matt Moxlow).
Last year I didn’t make the DTL team and I was totally gutted.
shot BRONDAI yesterday what a day wind, rain then more wind and more rain!I expect it was the same at TELPYN was it Angie?
Brondai was won by julian morris on 82 a superb score considering the conditions and the only score in the eighties!I managed a 73.
welsh sporting rep NIGEL HART did well coming second at the BERETTA WORLD after a shoot off against RICHARD FAULDS
lad done well. was talking to him friday at the shoot, first time i seen him in 10 years.
