I see your a greenkeeper just like my brother (and my dad and oldest brother before).

He’s a greenkeeper at what is one of the best grounds in North Wales (I might be biased though), Nefyn Golf Club..

I don’t know wether the rules are the same for county and country but julian is the Powys captain this year.

You are right …its a minimum consecutive period of 2yrs which I don’t think Julian has done or else I think we would have heard about him before now, don’t you think?

I always thought that living at a Welsh Address for so many years made you eligible for the Welsh team, whatever nationality you were born?

Goes to show how little most of us know about the rules.

Does someone know something that I don’t?? How can Julian Morris shoot for Wales if he doesn’t fit the eligibility rules? Last I heard was that only his Grandparents were Welsh and not his parents thereby making him ineligible to shoot for Wales. I’m pretty sure someone has been giving Julian duff info! Regards GL’s targets….why doesn’t the sporting rep ask JK to change the targets…isn’t that what they’re there to do…represent the sporting shooters!!

Been shooting since i was 17 ,42 now but only took up clay shooting about two and a half years ago spent most of my time rough, crow and pigeon shooting,good practice though i suppose.I,m gutted didn,t start earlier got some bad habbits now.

Didn’t hear about that one.

I love all-round as you need to be good at all disciplines to have a chance of winning.

I’ll tell you one thing, a 91 first time round is bloody brilliant

Only shoot sporting really ,have shot little bit of skeet which i enjoyed,shot an All Round for the first time at MID WALES last month North V South really enjoyed that shot a 91 like to try it again but there doesn’t seem to be much of it going on or is it seasonal.

Great to have such a choice in grounds though.

Do you shoot all disciplines or do you stick to skeet and sporting?

Julian’s got no problem in making the Welsh team if he carries on shooting like he does now..
Wish I had that kind of skill, I was just too old when I started shooting.

No julian’s not an interntional yet but i think he will be this year he’s going for the Welsh team.
Yes i live about 20 miles from monmouth so we have some good grounds within one and a half hours including Mid Wales ,Griffin Lloyd ,St Dial’s ,Longridge ,Westfield and Dovey Valley at about two hours it’s just a pity i can’t shoot straight.
