As I was busy shooting and having fun (debatable on both counts) I didn’t have time to take any photographs. Of the people who did take photographs no one has sent me any to publish on my blog.
I apologize profusely to all the watchers who expect new content, but whom will never provide any themselves (lazy sods).
As to the shoot, I really thought it was good, although the targets were basically identical to the one’s we shot two (or was it three) years ago.
The two 95s were outstanding (oh if I could shoot like that 
), congratulations to both shooters. I can’t remember their names but to be honest I struggle to remember my own these days 
due to 30 years of being nagged endlessly by she whom must be obeyed.
Well done to all the winners who showed the rest of us how crap we really are.
In all, a good shoot, shot with good friends, fantastic ground, OK clubhouse, horrible toilets, and a knackering hill walk thrown in for free.
I thought there was only one 95 by p.Humphries and a 93 by D Evans.I was up there again wednesday a 100 bird charity shoot shot over 14 stands and believe it or not there were a couple of new stands I;d never seen before pity we couldn’t have had them sunday.
I was told that there were two 95s and that there was a shoot off for high gun.
My source of information wasn’t reliable so your probably right tk.

You could be right i was only going on what was said at the end.Yes the blog’s been a bit quiet last few days. i’m off to the SHOOTING CLUB (UPAVON)tommorrow usually a cracking shoot but a bit of a jaunt probably best part of 2 hrs.which mysterious blog post?

NO they wern’t but i went up there thursday sober and shot a 95 pity i couldn’t do it on sunday when it counted.Never mind there’s mid wales this sunday for the welsh qualifier any of you lot coming down?

Keith and Gwyn are going down Sunday for the qualifier. They did ask me, but I just can’t afford it
14 stands this time so some different stands and one or two changes to existing, made it a lot more interesting.one thing for sure it won’t be that easy at mid wales thats probabley the first and last time i,ll score a 95

the welsh qualifiers at mid wales are always hard, they look easy when you are watching someone else shooting but when you go in the stand is’s totally different,they are very good at seting up a shoot on such a flat shooting ground.

NO…14 stands but still 100 birds, thats what makes it so much harder. Just when you think you’ve found the target, its time to get off! Thats what I was watching …the touring cars with Jason Plato and Co.

If WG did go he’d probably win the shoot on a 97..
